JY/T0625—2020ICS03.180 Y51 中华人民共和国教育行业标准JY 普通高中美术教学器材配备标准 Equippingstandardofeducationalequipment forartanddesigninseniormiddleschools 2021-03-01实施 2020-12-18发布 中华人民共和国教育部发布JY/T0625—2020 I目次 前言····························································································································Ⅲ 引言····························································································································Ⅴ 1范围························································································································1 2规范性引用文件·········································································································1 3分类························································································································2 4要求························································································································2 表1通用····················································································································4 表2美术鉴赏··············································································································7 表3绘画····················································································································8 表4中国书画··············································································································10 表5雕塑····················································································································12 表6设计····················································································································13 表7工艺1——纸工工艺·······························································································14 表8工艺2——陶瓷工艺·······························································································15 表9工艺3——编染工艺·······························································································16 表10工艺4——木工工艺······························································································17 表11现代媒体艺术1——摄影摄像··················································································18 表12现代媒体艺术2——数码绘画和数码设计··································································19JY/T0625—2020 III前言 本文件按照GB/T1.1-2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规 定起草。 本文件由中华人民共和国教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司提出。 本文件由全国教育装备标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC125)归口。 本文件起草单位:教育部体育卫生与艺术教育司、教育部教育装备研究与发展中心。 本文件主要起草人: ——领导小组成员:王登峰、万丽君、曹志祥、赵宪志、陈蓓蓓。 ——工作组成员:韩军、任一菲、吴颖。JY/T0625—2020 V引言 习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调“要全面加强和改进学校美育,坚持以美育人、以文化人,提 高学生审美和人文素养”,在给中央美术学院老教授回信中要求“做好美育工作,要坚持立德树人,扎 根时代生活,遵循美育特点,弘扬中华美育精神,让祖国青年一代身心都健康成长。”2020年10月, 中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作的意见》(以下简称《意 见》),对全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作进行了系统设计和全面部署。 美育是党的教育方针的重要组成部分,是落实立德树人根本任务、促进学生全面发展的重要途径。 学校艺术教育是实施美育的主要途径和重要内容,高中阶段艺术教育是全面实施大中小一体化学校美育 的重要环节和关键阶段,教学器材配备是普通高中学校开展艺术课堂教学与课外艺术实践活动、满足学 生艺术审美生活需求与提高学生审美和人文素养的基本保障。制订普通高中音乐、美术教学器材配备标 准,是深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,贯彻落实全国教育大会精神和中共中央办公厅、 国务院办公厅《意见》要求,推进新时代学校美育改革发展的一项重要举措。 本套普通高中音乐、美术教学器材配备标准(以下简称《配备标准》),立足我国学校美育改革发 展的整体现状与基本要求,以《普通高中音乐课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》、《普通高中美术 课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》和《普通高中艺术课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》规定的 课程目标和模块教学内容为依据,遵循体现普通高中音乐、美术教育教学规律与特点,对普通高中学校 开展艺术课堂教学必备的教室装备,以及课外艺术实践活动所需的场地器材等物质条件做出了明确规定。 基于地区和城乡学校美育发展的不平衡现状,本套《配备标准》分为“必配”和“选配”两类标准要求。 “必配”标准是所有学校必须达到的基本的、硬性的要求,以确保艺术课堂教学与课外艺术实践活动的 正常开展;“选配”标准是鼓励有条件的地区和学校努力达到的更高的、弹性的要求,以逐步优化美育 教学资源配置,为不断提高美育教学质量和水平提供优质条件保障。 依据本套《配备标准》配备普通高中音乐、美术教学器材,是贯彻落实新时代党的教育方针,加快 学校美育改革发展的重要保证。各地各学校应按照中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《意见》精神,通过 多种形式筹措资金,建好满足课程教学和实践活动需求的场地设施、专用教室,配好美育教学所需器材 设备,建立学校美育器材补充机制,充分考虑地区差异,重点关注农村、边远、贫困和民族地区美育教 学条件的改善。要依照本套《配备标准》,根据本地本校实际,制定务实可行的配备计划,因地制宜创 造条件,切实落实各项配备要求,并建立台账制度,提高器材使用效益。要将配备情况作为本地学校美 育年度报告和学校美育工作自评内容予以公示。各级教育督导部门在进行美育专项督导检查时,要将教 学器材配备情况列入督导内容。
